
Who's who
Little Treasures is managed by Sarah Dearlove and she is supported by deputy Manager - Zoe Hammond plus another ten members of staff. The management is supported by the trustees who are very similar to a governing body. Click here to find out more about the trustees.

Sarah Dearlove (Auntie Sarah) - Manager (Designated Safeguarding Lead)
Sarah is Level 4 qualified, with experience of working in primary and infant education within state and independent schools. She has also worked with children with special educational needs on a one to one basis in a primary school. Sarah has worked at Little Treasures since its opening in January 2014 and is a member of Loughton Baptist Church. Sarah is also a trained florist and is a keen gardener. She loves the outdoors and can often be found walking her border terrier called Twiglet, in Epping Forest.

Zoe Hammond (Auntie Zee) - Deputy Manager (Designated Health & Safety Lead & ENCo.)
Zoe has a CACHE level 3 qualification for the children and young people’s workforce. She has spent the past 4 years working at another local preschool and prior to that ran a weekly parent and toddler group for a local church. Additionally, Zoe has been a Sunday school leader for the past 8 years. Prior to a career in childcare, Zoe was a finance and resource manager in the health and leisure industry. Zoe has 2 children (aged 13 and 8), 3 cats and 3 rabbits to keep her busy but in her spare time she enjoys baking and cycling with her family. Zoe has a particular passion for providing play based learning and can spend hours of her spare time researching fun and inventive ways to bring learning to life.

Zoe Webb (Auntie Zoe) - Room Leader (SENCo. & Deputy designated safeguarding lead)
Auntie Zoe is a Level 3 qualified practitioner with a wealth of knowledge and experience. Zoe joins the team having worked in other local preschools over the last 7 years. Zoe has a particular interest in working with children with special educational needs & disabilities (SEND) and holds the responsibility for SEND at Little Treasures, as well as being Key Person to the Purple Team. Zoe is a Mum to Emily and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her daughter.

Emma Tabram (Auntie Emma) (Deputy designated safeguarding lead)
Emma holds a CACHE Level 3 childcare qualification and has been working as a local childminder for 8 years. Emma has three children of her own and in her spare time she loves to walk the dog and spend time with her children.

Carla Kohl (Auntie Carla)
Auntie Carla is Level 2 qualified and worked in the child sector of a retail company in central London for 12 years. Prior to that Carla lived and worked as a travel agent in Brazil. Carla has a young daughter who she adores. They enjoy spending lots of time together, going out, meeting with friends and hiking.

Alison Hockley (Auntie Ali) - Red group Key person (Deputy designated Health & Safety Lead)
Auntie Ali is a qualified Nursery Nurse with 16 years experience working as a Nanny and as a playleader at a Mother and Toddler group. She has been Brown Owl & volunteers for Girlguiding UK when time allows. Alison is mum to adult daughters. In her spare time Alison enjoys many different crafts, crochet, knitting, sewing and Jewellery making, along with several more. She can also be seen out and about with the family dog Mylo.

Liz Graham (Auntie Liz)
Auntie Liz joined the team in April 2018. She is a mum of three and two of her children have attended Little Treasures. Liz loved Little Treasures so much she couldn't stay away and decided she just had to work here! In her spare time Liz enjoys spending time with her young family including their mischievous hamster!

Rachel Bouabdallah (Auntie Rachel)
Auntie Rachel joined the team in September 2018 but has been part of the Little Treasures family for several years, having seen both her children through the preschool. Rachel has been a school governor for a local primary school and has a wealth of education experience. In her spare time she can often be found in the kitchen as she loves to bake.

Sarah King (Auntie Sair)
Auntie Sair joined the Little Treasures team in Spring 2018 and has gained her Level 2 qualification during her time with us. She previously worked as a planning officer, while helping to run Sunday school groups in her spare time. Sarah still helps with Sunday school, and co-leads a term-time afternoon playgroup, at her church. When she was at school, her friends called her ‘Auntie’ because she liked looking after people!

Lisa Perryman (Auntie Lisa C)
Auntie Lisa is Level 3 qualified and is Mum to three children. She is also a keen runner and has chickens at home in her garden.

Megan Spencer (Auntie Megan)
Auntie Megan has a degree in Early Childhood Studies and also works as a Nanny.

Lisa Child (Auntie Lisa C)
Auntie Lisa holds qualified teacher status (QTS) and has a wealth of experience of working in Early Years. Lisa has been on both sides of the fence at Little Treasures as both her children attended Little Treasures Preschool, before heading to school.
